Well... he was born there (Philadelphia, not the zoo). So it's a distinct possibility that he would return to Philadelphia at some point

I was at the zoo that day too. I didn't think it was him, because why would he be at the Philadelphia Zoo? I thought it was just a kid that wanted to be like him (because he was short and looked like he was 17). He walked in the same time I did, and walked out with his friends and that baby the same time I left.
