1. pick a celebrity
2. find an address in the database
3. write a letter asking for an autograph and explaining why you are a fan, your favorite move theyre in, their impact on you etc.
4. buy a 9x12 and a 10x13 envelope
5. put your address on the 9x12 (this is the envelope they use to send you something back)
6. put correct postage on the 9x12. $1.10 (US) covers anything between 1 and 2 ounces and should be enough
7. put the empty 9x12 inside the 10x13 along with your letter and picture you want signed (sending pictures isnt required)
8. put their address big and your return address on the 10x13.
9. put correct postage on the 10x13. It should still be barely less than 2 ounces including everything ($1.10 US) but if you add multiple pictures, it may bump it up so you need 20 extra cents to cover the extra ounce.
10. seal the 10x13 and put it in the mail and wait.
US rates for Large Envelopes is 2 forever stamps (or currently 90 cents) for the first ounce and 20 cents for each additional ounce. International rates are more.
