Not at all..but I have once been given a "telling off" from a post office worker because I stapled the flap on the envelope closed when I ran out of tape because the adhesive wasn't great on the envelope. She told me if a worker nicked their finger on my staple I would be held responsible and sued :roll:

Has anyone else had a postal worker charge you extra for leaving the metal clips/tabs on the envelope? I've only recently had to start ripping them off because last time I was charged an extra 60 cents per envelope because I left it on. I didn't do anything different than I've ever done when I was sending those.
