How many purple heart stamps do I have to put on my sase? -> the sase (114x 162 mm) will contain two pictures. I've read on the website from USPS that one purple heart stamp is always equal in value to the current First-Class Mail one-ounce rate, but don't know what this means. The purple heart stam...

I'm from Belgium, i want to buy USA stamps to send a SASE to my favorite actors.
