The signature is near impossible to read. I keep a checklist of all the letters I've sent off and NONE of them seem to match up. Any tips to figure this out? I'll post a scan soon, got to wait until I get home though.

I'm sending a 6x9'' from USA to France. My letter weighs around 1.50 oz. I see most people say to put 2 IRCS in there. These are valid in any country, correct? And I noticed that they're only valid until the end of the year. Can I ask for 2010 ones at the post office or do they only sell 2009 ones? ...
