I don't know Candice Accola's signing habits so can't comment there but in general I usually either give up or wait a year. There's no real rule though, but I've had reply's come two years after writing so I tend to wait.

Your best bet is to buy and affix British stamps to your SAE. There are many people who sell them here: viewforum.php?f=127

Ah that's fair enough. At least you've seen outside of London though as that city is almost a different country to the rest of England. Oxford is beautiful you will really enjoy it!

Zipbags -I have been collecting for over 10 years and recently whenever the hobby gets me down I look at your mattes and it gives me the inspiration to carry on! Although I don't have the patience or skill to pull off what you do, your collections are phenomenal and make me love this hobby! Keep up...

Why oh why would anyone want an autograph from a man who protected the most sinister man in history? Some people in this hobby are seriously messed up!
