VERNE TROYER AKA MINI-ME HUUUUUUUUUUUGE SUCCESS!!!!!! WOOP!!

I cant believe I have met actor Verne Troyer, the actor who played Mini Me in the Austin Powers movies himself.

Verne was the main star who attended last nights UK premier of Heath Ledger's last movie, (aparently out of respect neither Colin Farrell, Jude Law or, Johnny Depp attended).

Verne was the star and what a star he is, although only 2ft, 8inches this guy makes up for his stature in how much of a down to earth, loving and generous guy he is. He spent ages signing and posing for photos and was determined to do this for everyone. He even came out after the film had satrted to finsih signing whilst the rest of the cast left ijnoring the croud as they usually do afterwards but Verne was different, I admire him for that, what a guy.

I got 2 photos with (one from afar whilst he was interiewing and one closer. Due to his size it was incrediby hard to get a photo with but dont laugh at my angle, it was the only way I could do it.

He also signed my MINI ME picture. I wasnt planning for him to be such a great signer si had no more pics printed so got 2 signed cards instead. SO HAPPY, never though this would happen.

Well Verne was just great,still cant get over how auswome he is;

he is a photo of him signing from his buggy. He would sign a bit, move drive a metre or two along and sign some more. The 1st ever celeb I have seen come out again to sign after having gone in the cinema! legend!

I met him a few years ago. His career had dipped a bit after Austin Powers and he was on the convention circuit. I met him in Northampton. Unfortunately, I didn't get a photo with him but I got a Mini-Me photo signed by him. He was a really nice guy and took time to talk to everyone. It's nice to know that now his profile is bigger, he's still down to Earth!

Yes, admitidly it is hard for him to compete after being in something as big as Austin Powers and sadly people of his stature arent in demand for HUGE blockbusters but he is doing really well for himself. I would love to see him inmore movies, he is a fantastic actor as well as lovely person
