I sent Mr. Ward/ OSCAR a SASE and LOR with a photo on may 15, 2014 along with a few others. This is the first of them and the quickest. Another add to my TWD collection. I used the address in the database.
(15 day turnaround) Got today may 30, 2014

IDK how to attach the photo and envelope as imageshack isnt working and I haven't uploaded in a while.. if you know of a way that is not facebook let me know please
