I sent in July of 2016 and received a RTS today and something stamped on the envelope saying she is no longer accepting fanmail-Sorry kind of stamp. Can't scan as I don't have a scanner or camera. Address used was:

sad that she no longer signing could be her age she may be sick again she battled the cancer and maybe it made her too ill
