I sent a photo, SASE and LOR to the address in the database. Mailed on 9-18-2015 and received on 11-13-2015. Very pleased!
The stamps were not cancelled, so I get to reuse them. YAY!

Unfortunately it's AP.
You can clearly see 'thick' dots on the letter 'B' ("Best.."), 's' ("wishes"), 't' and 'n' and also 'k' ("Thanks").
