ok well here are the basics
Lily and Bart do get married.
Serena and Dan break up cuz he can't forgive her after he finds out the truth.
Nate and Vanessa break up though it's not really explained why.
Chuck and Blair get together only to have him freak out by his dads speech about settling down with a gf so he ditches her at the last second instead of taking her to Europe and goes off with some random girl, Blair leaving with some other guy.
Nates dad decides to skip the country and Nate punches him out before he goes.
