Kit Harington VV Failure

On February 7th, 2019 I sent a letter, SASE, and 3 pictures addressed to Vaudeville Theatre in London, as True West was playing there starring Kit Harington.
On February 26th, 2019, I received my pictures back unsigned, with a pre-printed picture of Kit Harington.
I don't know if this means moving forward, Kit Harington provides pre-printed pictures as opposed to pre-signed pictures from his agency address.
