Sending a photo to USA from The Netherlands

I am Roy and I am from The Netherlands, but I don't know exactly how to send a letter or photograph to the USA?

Can someone tell me what I have to do, and can I have succes, cause I am living in The Netherlands?

I want to register me, but everytime I have an error that says: "The confirmation code you entered was incorrect". It is strange cause I certainly do enter it right. Also right Caps.

Strange: I can't register with Internet Explorer but I can with FireFox.

I think, im 90% sure about this, that all you need to do is see how many holand stamps you need to put on the envelope and include the appropriate amount of IRC's with the SAE. And yes you will get success from the netherlands as long as you put the correct amount of IRC's with your letter.
