Actually, your letter could end up in the wrong cell by mistake and the inmate that gets it might pose a Lil Wayne and then send his thugs to exploit you and funnel him money.

Not worth the risk if you asked me.

I have watched one to many cop/jail shows to know for a fact it is safer now days to send to a jail at the jails they have 3 people sit there and open the mail BEFORE it even reachs the person u addressed it 2's hand once the mail is over looked and anything bad (nude photos, drugs, and stuff like that) is taken out of it then all inmates come into what is know as the "common area" and the mail is passed out there and inless it's photos of their kids or wifes or letters from them it doesn't leave that room and the grauds watch to make sure

Most of the nuts that work at agencies aren't convicted felons. I don't think I'd take my chances with it. Seen way too many jail shows where people on the outside are used as mules because of chance encounters.

Plus, this entertainer should be using his time in jail to reflect on what he has done wrong and why society has told him he must pay.

He shouldn't be getting fan mail.

I partially agree with this. While he should be doing that, I think he appreciates the support from his fans, and the fans may have no other way of reaching him.
