Vjw, try Dohlph Schayes again. I've gotten him twice and he personalized my cards both times. He's really a nice guy. I think it must have been a fluke that it was RTSed. Try again.

most of them are very cheap around $5-$10 on ebay and card stores like Greer, Unseld, and English. Im also collecting basketball HOf autos since 2005 but they are really hard to complete specially those rare deceased HOFers.

My favorite success basketball HOF TTM:
John Wooden
Red Auerbach
Ray Mayer
Paul Arizin
Abdul Jabbar
Don Haskins
Al Cervi
David Robinson
:)
Pinoygreats, thats really cool that you had those successes, I had to buy, Jonh Wooden, Ray Meyer, Paul Arizin, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Don Haskins and Al Cervi. I don't have the other guys yet.

Sorry for the tardy reply, yes that is Po Box 156 the address I used for Schayes. I read on another site where he has RTS'd a couple of people who sent typed notes instead of handwritten ones, other then that he's been excellent. He signed and personalized mine (first and last name!) in 4-5 days.

This collection is incredible - great job!

What kind of stock do you use to print the cards? I'm thinking of doing something similar and am wondering if regular index cards would work.

I just use a thick card stock...print about 6 of them per page.

I used 2 different addresses so I'm not sure which one worked...

200 E. 82nd St. APT 3D New York, NY 10028

MSG Two Pennsylvania Plaza New York, NY 10121

I think part of these projects are about luck. Oscar Robertson has erratic signing habits (I have sent to him twice and no such luck and I live in Ohio!) I sent to Bill Bradley c/o HOF right I saw a success from you and they sent it back! I was lucky enough to get Jerry West when others were getting RTS.

You got Frazier when I haven't seen a success in years. I just sent to the MSG and hopefully get a success!
