Re: Comic Book Collectors
Also, FYI guys and gals, Len Wein charges now to sign... $5 per which isn't bad. He won't sketch anymore either as he is primarily a writer. Just a heads up to send him a check as you request.

Re: Comic Book Collectors
I got a few nice in person successes over the weekend at Nerdcon in Escondido, CA
Valiant comics artist David Baron did me a sweet sketch of Bloodshot.
Are there any other valiant fans on this board? What they are doing right now reminds me of Marvel in the early 70s. They have a strong catalog of characters and IMO they are putting out by far the best superhero books. Its really easy to get into them too, the first trade of every series is only $10
I also got a pretty cool sketch of Yoda from Lee Kohse. It was awesome to watch him draw this. I didn't ask for any specific character, we talked star wars for a few minutes and when I asked him for a sketch he just started drawing

Re: Comic Book Collectors
Any interesting send outs today?
I did a few requests via sketch card requests to LaRocque, Rapmund & Bogdanove.
Sent also to Larry Kenney (voice of Liono) and Tara Strong to sign my Pop Vinyl Boxes

I've never tried, but Mark Bagley visits Dr No Comics in Marietta GA about once a month (i've bumped into him twice there); you might be able to mail him courtesy of the store?
