Delivery in UK

I've sent fanmail to Richard Armitage.
Checked the track code. Here's the text:

Option 1: collect your item from your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point. Remember to bring the 'Something for you card' we left or, the equivalent SMS or email notification if you received one, and one of these forms of I.D.

Option 2: arrange a Redelivery quickly and easily. For Channel Islands and Isle of Man please contact your postal service provider.

Should I do something? Or they will get the letter by themselves?

The mailman will have left a card at the address, notifying them that they tried to deliver and that they have something waiting at the mailing office.

They should arrange a re-delivery themselves or go collect it.

Check again in a week and see if there is a delivery notification. If not, you can arrange a re-delivery to them yourself.

Arranged the redelivery to October 2, but it didn't delivered. Or maybe post didn't update track code. What a vexation! Is it a chance them to get the letter?

Still showing that my letter was delivered at 25th September. But I've booked redelivery three times. Very strange.
